At UP Fitness we have a team of NASM Certified Personal Trainers and are an NASM partnered facility. Our coaches have a wide range of backgrounds and expertise, but they all are highly qualified and provide intelligent programming, coaching, and support. Primarily, our training follows NASM’s Optimal Performance Training Model and allows us to deliver an elevated personal training experience.
If you’re someone who is a total beginner or intimidated to start, we highly recommend starting your fitness journey with a package of sessions. This initial investment will allow you to get some individual feedback, avoid injury, and allow you to confidently join all of our group training.
