Group Classes

At UP Fitness we have created our own system of group exercise classes. Your membership provides you with access to all of our group fitness programs from Barre, Start Up, cardio and strength training, the studio for yoga, and the UP Cycle studio for indoor cycling classes.

Cycling

Take any indoor cycling class at UP Fitness and you will quickly discover that we take our job of providing effective spinning classes very seriously! We engage our riders with heart-pounding music, motivating instructors, and an endorphin rush that lasts well beyond the studio. No matter the class, you’ll enjoy climbs and descents, rhythm riding and sprints that are guaranteed to satisfy your need for speed and energize your day.

Strength

Founded on what you say you want, what we know you want & combining the two! Based on formats of strength training and core conditioning, you will learn principles & fundamentals of weight training and core strength. The amount of resistance used will be moderate. Exercises will vary from a range of specific movements to strengthen and condition particular body parts.

At UP Fitness, we take a practical, user-friendly approach to yoga which is accessible, understandable and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. Barre

Barre will transform your body and mind. Move from the barre to the mat leaving no muscle untouched in this full body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone in all the right places. It lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs and arms and burns fat in record-breaking time, all while listening to fantastic music. The goal is to get your muscles to reach the point of fatigue.
