Strength

Founded on what you say you want, what we know you want & combining the two! Based on formats of strength training and core conditioning, you will learn principles & fundamentals of weight training and core strength. The amount of resistance used will be moderate. Exercises will vary from a range of specific movements to strengthen and condition particular body parts.

Level UP: Curious to see what the next level feels like? Here it is! Level UP is a high energy, highly motivating, full body workout class. With elements of bootcamp, sports training, and moving circuits you’ll never know what’s in store. This class is designed to boost your muscular endurance, tone muscle, and increase cardio levels and mental toughness. Exercises range from free weights to using your body weight to performance training equipment. Come have fun! Any exercises can be modified to your level to help you Level UP!

 

Start Up: Start UP is our strength/circuit training program that utilizes the NASM OPT model with functional training movements. In simple terms, it means we’re taking a very well respected, scientifically supported format. We are giving you exercises and programming that has a specific purpose and ultimate destination.

A, B, C, and D each represent a different full body workout that we’ll rotate through each week for about six weeks. This unique combination of cardio and strength circuit training will leave you looking and feeling your best. They are all appropriate for beginner and advanced members. Taking an assortment of the classes is recommended.

Anyone can make a workout hard, but a good program will make you better! We want all of our members to get progressively stronger and advance in a safe, smart, sustainable way. Let’s workout and work UP!

 

Ab Attack: Ready to push your core to another level? The Ab Attack of Level UP is another high-energy, highly motivating class based on core conditioning. Some exercises are straight core exercises, others are core strengthening exercises with an aerobic effect. Come test the level of your core! Lets find your Level UP!

Based on the format of these classes, the group capacity is low, so sign UP in advance!
