YOGA – UP Sweat: Expect to move, breathe, explore, and sweat in this 60 minute gently heated vinyasa style class. UP Sweat focuses on flowing from pose to pose and linking your movement with your breath. You will start with a centering and warm up before flowing through various sequences and finishing in Savasana. Your body will reap in the benefits of increased endurance, stamina, strength, and flexibility. Not to mention, the heat aids in warming the body and increasing detoxification through sweat. It is known for “its long holding of positions, emphasis on abdominal core work, and standing series.” The style emphasizes connecting to one’s feelings in order to work through physical and emotional trauma.
