Join UP for a special class geared towards getting you ready for your first or next obstacle course race! Each week, this class will focus around developing the strength, stamina, and skills needed to complete a different obstacle. From rope climbing to crawling to carries—this class will challenge you in new ways and boost your race performance! Everyone is welcome to join Team UP for their OCR race on June 13th.
Classes start 2/2 and run until 6/9 and will be held every Sunday from 9-10am and Tuesday from 6-7pm. This option gives you access to a single class. The first half of the class will be focused on developing overall strength and stamina, the second half will be obstacle specific work. The Sunday and Tuesday each week will be the same class, and change obstacles every week.
