Bronze Level Coaching is a customized program designed to give the support, accountability, and tools needed to get results and take your fitness to the next level!
Bronze Level Programming is ideal if you:
- Want to lose 5-15lbs of body fat
- Can train 3+ days per week
- Want to build a foundation of strength training/conditioning
- Have plateaued in group fitness/training on their own
- Needs a moderate amount of accountability to stay on track
- Is trying to maintain their current fitness level and stay healthy
Description
Bronze Level Programming
For our Bronze Level you receive:
- One Private/Semi-Private Training Session every week, either virtually or in-person
- 2 days/week of customized fitness programming
- Access to the UP Programming app with everything you need to follow your own customized workout plan
- Unlimited access virtual group fitness, class recordings and outdoor training
- Monthly coaching sessions (video, phone, or text) to go over your goals and create a plan for the following month in terms of nutrition, workouts, and lifestyle changes
- Full functional movement and injury prevention screening
- Equipment loaned from our facility to improve results and allow for more advanced exercises
