Do you miss group fitness but want to stay away from crowds? This is the perfect option for you! Our classes are capped at 5 people and give the safest option to group fitness available. Unlike commercial gyms, which can have dozens of people in there every day, we are keeping our gym very exclusive and our traffic very low so we can keep everyone safe.
