Virtual Classes

Join UP Fitness live-streamed straight to your home! We have Bodyweight Strength workouts, Barre, Yoga, and even Spin Classes. Can’t make the live time slot? No problem! Your Virtual Membership includes access to all the recorded sessions so you can get UP anytime, anywhere.

Many of our classes are relatively small so enjoy the fact that you can get personal instruction and feedback from our instructors. Come to a class regularly and you’ll get to make requests and get an even more personalized workout!

Spin: Our virtual spin class let’s you get a high-intensity indoor cycling class from the comfort of your own home. Use whatever cardio equipment you have at home or rent a Schwinn carbon blue stationary bike from us! We post the playlist for the class so you can spin along to the same songs.

Barre: Our virtual Barre class uses compound and isolation movements to isolate and tone muscles you didn’t even know you had! It’s low-impact and a great option for all fitness levels. We know every Barre class is different, ours focuses mainly on strength and functional movements.

Level UP: Want a total body strength and cardio session? This is the workout for you! It’s all either bodyweight or using equipment options you would have access to at home! Join in for our positive, motivating instructors giving you a sweaty, strength workout from the comfort of your own home.

Blast UP: Strapped for time? This 30-minute class is the one for you! Our Blast UP classes range from isolating one specific muscle group, to being a total body HIIT class! This is great for someone who needs a little self care and wants to get it done fast!
